Nocktern

This year's INmusic Breakthrough competition was held in cooperation with Europavox, and the lucky winners are the Bulgarian Nocktern! The electro-rock band from Sofia was formed in 2006 as a solo project by Stoimen Stojanov, who has collaborated with numerous musicians and bands over the years. Their first EP "No Sugar Added" was released in 2016, and after drummer Boris Malevanov joined the band in 2020, they recorded several singles together. A year later, guitarist Dido Peshev joined Nocktern, and the same year the band released the album "Scavengers" which immediately attracted attention with a mixture of genres. Through the INmusic Breakthrough competition, several thousand votes of the audience came in, and it was Nocktern who got the opportunity to play in front of the audience of the largest Croatian open-air festival.
