Psychedelic punks MAQUINA. are coming to INmusic festival #17!

The Lisbon-based band MAQUINA. joins the already impressive lineup of the upcoming INmusic festival with their adrenaline-charged sound!

MAQUINA. is a Lisbon-based trio that blends carnival-hedonistic psychedelic punk with high-energy performances. The band, consisting of João Cavalheiro (guitar), Tomás Brito (bass), and Halison Peres (drums + vocals), leaves a powerful mark on the European underground scene with their pulsating rhythms, gritty bass riffs, and distorted guitar. In just two years of existence, the band has released two albums and played over 140 shows across Europe. Ahead of their upcoming tour, they are preparing a vinyl reissue of their debut album ‘DIRTY TRACKS FOR CLUBBING’. MAQUINA. pushes the boundaries of conventional sound with improvisation, merging minimalist influences from krautrock and industrial techno with noise elements and electronic music. This trio doesn’t rely on programmed rhythms common in electronic acts but instead harnesses the raw power of their instruments. The result is an electrifying, high-energy performance that deeply resonates with their audience!

MAQUINA. will perform at the seventeenth edition of the INmusic festival as a part of the European Talent Exchange Program (ETE), which helps European artists to perform at festivals across Europe and beyond, and of which the INmusic festival is a long-term partner. The festival will take place at Zagreb's Lake Jarun from 23rd to 25th of June, 2025. MAQUINA. Joins the already announced music giants such as Kings of Leon, Massive Attack, Air, Fontaines D.C., Foster the People, St. Vincent, Kim Deal and many others! Three-day festival tickets for INmusic festival #17 for just 109 EUR (+ transaction costs) are available through the official festival webshop, as well as seven-day camping tickets priced at 59 EUR (+ transaction costs) and a limited number of day-to-day tickets.
