Panda Rhei

Behind the name Panda Rhei is the Zagreb musician Ivan Kolar. Originally started as an intimate songwriting project, it was soon transformed into a genre-diverse and dynamic musical endeavor thanks to a collaboration with producer Luka Dabra. In March of this year, he presented himself with the excellent album “Save Your Souls You Fucking Monsters”, on which he brings 10 nervous and melancholic, erotic and humorous, honest and deceptive songs. The collaboration made it possible to combine a songwriting approach and electronic production, which opened the door to an authentic sound in the field of rock music. The songs were forged at long intervals through countless different demo versions, and an uncompromising approach to a shared vision forced a million compromises and modifications, but with the goal of musical pleasure and acceptance of the fact that a point needs to be put somewhere. SYSYFM is an alternative but drinkable rock album of authentic and direct expression.
